Welcome to Pathway to Progress Educational Consulting, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our educational consulting services, website, and materials. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Pathway to Progress Educational Consulting, LLC provides educational consulting, which may include review of educational records, development of recommendations for instructional programming, home school collaboration, and communication.

Consultative Nature: Our services are advisory. We provide guidance, tools, and recommendations based on professional experience.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to active clients.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Educational consulting involves variables outside of our control (e.g., admissions officer decisions, student performance, external testing).

Disclaimer: Pathway to Progress Educational Consulting, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as acceptance into a particular school, specific test scores, or employment offers.

Client Responsibility: Success depends heavily on the client’s commitment, honesty, and timely completion of tasks.

3. Fees and Payment

Pricing: Fees for services are outlined in your specific Service Agreement or Invoice.

Payment Terms: Payments are due based on your subscription status - either monthly or every 3 months.

Late Fees: Payments not received within 5 business days of the due date may incur a late fee of 10%.

Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To respect the consultant’s time and other clients' schedules:

Notice Period: It is preferred that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (worksheets, guides, proprietary strategies, and templates) are the intellectual property of Pathway to Progress Educational Consulting, LLC.

Limited License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibitions: You may not redistribute, sell, or record our sessions/materials without express written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Any personal information or academic records shared will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing consulting services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathway to Progress Educational Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Code of Conduct

This document ensures a respectful, productive, and ethical environment for both the consultant and the family.

I. Mutual Respect

All interactions between consultants and parents must be professional and respectful. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

II. Integrity

Honesty: Clients agree to provide truthful information regarding academic records, extracurriculars, and personal history. Providing fraudulent information to schools or the consultant is grounds for dismissal.

III. Communication & Boundaries

Business Hours: Communication will take place M-F 4:00 - 9:00 and/or as needed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Channels: Please use phone or email for official business. Personal social media accounts are not used for client communication.
